The following is a compilation of questions most frequently asked by our customers. We hope these will help answer any questions or concerns that you might have. What is the difference between Organic So Delicious® Dairy Free, It’s Soy Delicious® and Purely Decadent®?
It’s Soy Delicious® is sweetened with brown rice syrup and fruit juice concentrates. It is sold in pints only.

Organic So Delicious® Dairy Free is certified organic and primarily uses organic dehydrated cane juice to provide sweetness. It is sold in quarts and a range of single serve novelties.

Purely Decadent® is certified made with organic ingredients which means it contains more than 70% organic ingredients and the best natural ingredients Mother Nature has to offer. Purely Decadent® is also denser, richer and contains less air - making this our gourmet line of truly indulgent super premium flavors. It is sold in pints only.

What is the cholesterol content of Turtle Mountain treats?
All of our products contain zero cholesterol. Cholesterol comes solely from animal products such as meat, milk, fish, etc., and does not exist in plants.  Because all of our desserts are free from animal products, they are also 100% cholesterol free.

Are Turtle Mountain products safe for people who cannot tolerate lactose?
Yes, there are no milk ingredients in Turtle Mountain products.

Is there NutraSweet or other artificial sweeteners in the sugar-free line?
No artificial sweeteners are used in any Turtle Mountain products. This includes low-glycemic, diabetic-friendly So Delicious® Dairy Free-Sugar Free novelties, which use naturally low-glycemic ingredients to create its light and creamy sweetness.

What is brown rice syrup?
Brown rice sweetener is milled from brown rice only; no barley or barley malt is used.

What is tapioca syrup?
Tapioca (also known as cassava, manioc, mandioc, or yucca) is a root native to tropical areas of South America. The tapioca syrup we use is made by converting the raw root into syrup through the use of natural enzymes.

How much caffeine is there in a serving of the coffee flavored desserts?
There is about 25 milligrams of caffeine in a 4 fluid ounce serving of our coffee flavored desserts. A cup of coffee will typically have about 65 milligrams or more.

Where do the calories come from in Sweet Nothings®?
The product is non-fat, so the calories come mainly from carbohydrates (sugars and starches), and a small amount from protein (Fat is 9 calories per gram; carbohydrates and protein are only 4 calories).

Where do the calories come from in So Delicious® Dairy Free?
So Delicious® Dairy Free also claims most of its calories from carbohydrates and protein. This line does contain from 1 to 4 grams of fat per serving, so a small portion of the calories in this product are from fat.

What is the isoflavone content of a 4 ounce serving of Organic So Delicious® Dairy Free or It’s Soy Delicious®?
About 15 milligrams.
