What is the cholesterol content of your products?
All of our products contain zero cholesterol. For more info, visit our cholesterol page.

Is it safe for people who cannot tolerate lactose?
Yes, there are no milk ingredients in our dessert.

Is there Nutrasweet, or other artificial sweeteners in these products?
No artificial sweeteners are used in any Turtle Mountain products.

What is brown rice syrup?
It is a sweetener milled from brown rice only; no barley or barley malt is used.

What is tapioca syrup?
Tapioca (also known as cassava, manioc, mandioc, or yucca) is a root native to tropical areas of South America. The tapioca syrup we use is made by converting the raw root into syrup through the use of natural enzymes.

How much caffeine is there in a serving of the coffee flavored desserts?
About 25 milligrams in a 4 fluid ounce serving of our coffee flavored desserts. A cup of coffee will typically have about 65 milligrams or more.

Where do the calories come from in Sweet Nothings®?
It is non-fat, so the calories come mainly from carbohydrates (sugars and starches), and a small amount from protein (Fat is 9 calories per gram; carbohydrates and protein are only 4 calories).

Where do the calories come from in It’s Soy Delicious®?
As with Sweet Nothings™, most of the calories come from carbohydrates and protein. It’s Soy Delicious™ does contain from 1 to 4 grams of fat per serving, so a small portion of the calories in this product are from fat.

What is the isoflavone content of a 4 ounce serving of It’s Soy Delicious® or Organic Soy Delicious™?
About 15 milligrams.

I’m confused. What’s the difference between Organic Soy Delicious™, It’s Soy Delicious® and Purely Decadent Soy Delicious®?
It’s Soy Delicious® is sweetened with brown rice syrup and fruit juice concentrates and is sold in pints only. Organic Soy Delicious™ is certified organic and primarily uses organic dehydrated cane juice to provide sweetness. It is sold in quarts and a range of single serve novelties. Purely Decadent Soy Delicious® contains more than 70% organic ingredients and the best natural ingredients Mother Nature has to offer. Finally, Purely Decadent Soy Delicious® contains less air making it denser and richer, thereby creating a line of truly indulgent super premium flavors.
