Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

2 Pints Purely Decadent™ Peanut Butter ZigZag
1 / 3 cup peanut butter (chunky is best)
Chocolate cookie crust

Soften 1 pint of Soy Delicious Purely Decadent Peanut Butter ZigZag flavor for about 10 minutes so it will be easier to spread. Scoop into the bottom of the cookie crust flattening slightly with the back of a spoon and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

Spread the peanut butter on the frozen bottom layer and freeze for about 20 minutes. Soften the last carton of Soy Delicious Purely Decadent Peanut Butter ZigZag for about 10 minutes and scoop on top of the peanut butter. Freeze pie for about 2 hours or until firm, can also be made ahead and stored for a couple of days until needed. Garnish with non-dairy whipped topping on top of a cut piece of frozen dessert pie. Makes 8 servings.
