Apple Pizza Pie

1 pkg ready made pie crust or homemade crust for 2 crust pie
1 quart Organic Soy Delicious Dulce de Leche flavor
3 cups thinly sliced apples (not peeled)
½ cup organic sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

Prepare pie crust. Roll out into 12 – 14” circle and fit into a pizza pan. If you do not have a pizza pan put on a baking sheet and fold up the edge all the way around to form a crust edge. Arrange sliced apples on crust in a circular pattern starting at outer edge, overlap to get the apples into the middle. Mix together sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples evenly. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Apples should be soft but not mushy. Remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Cut into slices and top with large scoop of Soy Delicious Dulce de Leche. Enjoy!


Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

2 Pints Peanut Butter ZigZag Purely Decadent
1 / 3 cup peanut butter (chunky is best)
Chocolate cookie crust

Soften 1 pint of Soy Delicious Purely Decadent Peanut Butter ZigZag flavor for about 10 minutes so it will be easier to spread. Scoop into the bottom of the cookie crust flattening slightly with the back of a spoon and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

Spread the peanut butter on the frozen bottom layer and freeze for about 20 minutes. Soften the last carton of Soy Delicious Purely Decadent Peanut Butter ZigZag for about 10 minutes and scoop on top of the peanut butter. Freeze pie for about 2 hours or until firm, can also be made ahead and stored for a couple of days until needed. Garnish with non-dairy whipped topping on top of a cut piece of frozen dessert pie. Makes 8 servings.

Neapolitan Loaf Cake

1 box Vanilla Li’l Buddies Sandwiches
1 / 2 quart Strawberry Organic Soy Delicious
1 / 2 quart Chocolate Velvet Organic Soy Delicious

In a loaf pan place 2 unwrapped Li’l Buddies flat side by side and cut a third one in 1/ 2 to put at the ends of the other two sandwiches. Scoop softened Strawberry Organic Soy Delicious™ over the top of the sandwiches forming a layer and smooth it out with the back of a spoon. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until firm. Place another layer of sandwiches on top of the strawberry layer and then scoop softened Chocolate Velvet Organic Soy Delicious on top of the 2nd layer of sandwiches smoothing out with the back of a spoon. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm enough to slice. Place a slice on plate and if desired drizzle with non-dairy chocolate sauce. Makes 10 servings.


Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup Organic Soy Delicious Creamy Vanilla
1 / 2 cup Fresh strawberries, washed and hulled*
1 / 4 cup Vanilla Soy Milk

Put 1 cup Organic Soy Delicious Creamy Vanilla in blender with strawberries and vanilla soy milk. Blend 30 seconds on high, adding more vanilla soy milk to thin if desired. Makes a great afternoon treat or a fast breakfast.

*Note – Can substitute whole frozen unsweetened strawberries if desired.
